About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in Project Finance to join a leading manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost management, budgeting, and project controlling for capital-intensive operations.
Qualification:
Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) (qualified within 3 attempts preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company in a similar assignment
Prior experience in project finance and involvement in setting up manufacturing plant operations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for ongoing and new projects
- Cost Management and Project Controlling to ensure budget adherence
- Preparation of Financial Models and Business Case Evaluations

- Lead Budgeting and Forecasting processes with business teams
- Conduct Risk Analysis and Mitigation Planning for project expenditures
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments - Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Support management in decision-making through MIS and financial dashboards
- Ensure effective utilization of ERP (preferably SAP) and Project Management tools
