Deputy Manager - Private Equity

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end private equity fund accounting operations for multiple fund structures (Master-Feeder, Fund of Funds, SPVs, Standalone).
- Perform and review calculations for Waterfall, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Management Fees, Preferred Returns, Carried Interest, Equalization/Rebalancing, Capital Calls, and Distributions.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and reporting in compliance with IFRS or US GAAP.

- Collaborate with investment teams, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.
- Review fund performance, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with fund strategy requirements (Equity, Debt, Mezzanine, Real Assets/Real Estate).
- Support process improvements and mentor junior team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Technical Skills:
- Private Equity Fund Accounting expertise (mandatory - minimum 5 years).
- Knowledge of various fund strategies: Equity, Debt, Mezzanine/Hybrid, Real Assets/Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of fund structures: Master-Feeder, Fund of Funds (FoF), SPVs, Standalone.
- Advanced knowledge of Waterfall, IRR, Carried Interest, and related calculations.
- Familiarity with Financial Reporting Standards: IFRS/US GAAP.
