Experience - We are looking for an Internal Audit professional with over 6 years of experience who can independently manage internal audits, comprehend business risks, and collaborate effectively with top management and audit teams.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Understanding Business & Risks: Understanding of insurance business (preferably GI) and /or Life insurance/ BFSI.
2. Planning & Executing Audits: The candidate will be responsible for planning, scoping, and delivering complex internal audit engagements from start to finish. It includes developing risk and control matrix (RACM), walkthrough documentations and perform test of design and test of effectiveness of key controls identified in the RACM.
3. Reporting & Follow-up: This includes preparing detailed audit reports detailing the issue, root cause and risk impact and recommended action plans . Follow up on open audit issues and ensure timely implementation of agreed actionable. and ensuring that all agreed-upon improvements are implemented after the audit.
4. Coordinating with Other Departments: The candidate will work closely with risk, compliance, and other departments to ensure all aspects are covered.
5. Other Reporting: Responsible for submission of periodic and/or ad-hoc reports/ MIS to the Generali Group, preparation of audit committee presentations, other management reports.
