Sector Head - Acquisition Finance - Bank

Company - Leading Banking Headquartered in Mumbai.
Designation - Sector Head - Acquisition Finance.
Reporting to - National Head.
Business Unit - Project Finance.
Team Handling - Yes.
Location - Mumbai
Role :

- Ensure developing expertise for Acquisition Finance and being abreast with the developments in the related sector.
- Ensure comprehensive information gathering through client meetings, attending conferences and review of various documents.
- Ensure process compliance, credit analysis, and risk assessment processes.
- Ensure implementation of risk mitigation strategies associated with Acquisition Finance activities.
- Ensure adherence to legal documentation process, including the appointment of Legal Due Diligence (LLC).
- Disseminate industry knowledge internally, focusing on recent developments in the Acquisition Finance, update on M&A deals, in various sectors.
- Driving business development.
- Promote the organization's culture across the team to ensure its alignment with the required and desired behaviors.
Education Qualification :
Essential: Master's degree in Business Administration in Finance or equivalent qualification.
Preferred: Relevant professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), or other similar certifications.
Experience:
Essential: 13-18+ years of progressive experience in the financial industry, with a substantial focus on Acquisition Finance and other related areas. Experience of handling 4-5 deals of Acquisition Finance / Structured Finance etc.. Knowledge of various Valuation methodologies.
Preferred: Experience in deal assessment, financial analysis, and risk mitigation, in a leadership capacity.
Salary will be as per industry standards.
