Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead who will act as a technical and functional expert for SFMC implementations. Leading campaign execution, solution architecture, integrations, and mentoring team members while ensuring platform scalability and best practices.

Qualifications

B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, MBA with Technical Specialization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with strong hands-on expertise
• Strong hands-on expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
• Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and triggered messaging
• Strong expertise in data modeling, performance optimization, and platform governance
• Familiarity with Einstein features and AI-driven marketing capabilities
• Leadership, mentoring, and strong problem-solving skills
• Lead strategic client reporting and executive presentations, articulating campaign ROI, customer lifecycle performance, data-driven growth insights, and ongoing optimization roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of SFMC campaigns and Journeys
• Translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions
• Develop and review complex AMPscript, SQL, automations, and integrations
• Oversee integrations with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms
• Ensure adherence to SFMC best practices, governance, and coding standards
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to the team
• Support release management, UAT, and production deployments
