Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to advise clients on solution design, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires strong SFMC functional knowledge, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective marketing solutions.

Qualifications

B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, MBA with Technical Specialization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) experience
• Strong understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and SFMC data migrations
• Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and triggered messaging
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
• SFMC Consultant or Developer certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of data modeling, data extensions, and subscriber management

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
• Design SFMC solutions aligned with marketing objectives
• Configure and implement campaigns, Journeys, and automations
• Provide best-practice guidance on personalization and data modeling
• Support SFMC integrations, migrations, UAT, and go-live activities
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients
• Prepare solution documentation and campaign performance reports
