: SAP Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP project delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional SAP module integration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Core Requirements:
- Currently working as a Project Manager in SAP.
- SAP Team management experience is required.
- Prior experience as SAP consultant.
- Experience in FICO, SD, and MM is required.
2. Project Execution:
- Lead and manage SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver SAP projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, technical teams, and SAP functional consultants.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure effective integration between SAP Project Management activities and other SAP modules.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, resource planning, and quality assurance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project members.
- Work closely with domestic and international clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple business domains and industry verticals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and project metrics.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP Development and related SAP projects.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience managing projects across different business domains and industries.
- Exposure to both domestic and international client engagements.
- Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other Project Management certifications.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail, Energy, Oil & Gas, Logistics, or other enterprise industries will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
