Vice President Marketing

Rikas is looking for an ambitious, creative, and strategic Group VP Marketing to lead the full marketing vision across our portfolio of award-winning hospitality brands in Dubai.

What You'll Lead

• Develop and own the group-wide marketing strategy
• Strengthen brand positioning and storytelling across all Rikas concepts
• Oversee digital performance, CRM, content, and social media
• Lead marketing for openings, brand launches, and major activations

• Manage PR, communications, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
• Build, mentor, and inspire the Marketing team
• Drive commercial impact through data-driven decisions and clear KPIs

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of Marketing experience, with senior leadership exposure
• Strong background in hospitality, F&B groups, luxury or lifestyle brands
• Demonstrated success in building brands and driving growth
• Deep expertise in digital marketing and consumer acquisition
