Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing social media content end to end, executing influencer marketing campaigns, monitoring trends, and executing daily content calendars. The role focuses on strengthening our online presence and engaging with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Calendar

Develop content ideas and plan the social media content calendar

Experiment with new content formats and trends

Content Creation & Writing

Write scripts, create brand content, and craft engaging captions for reels, videos, graphics, carousels and social media posts.

On-Camera Content

Be comfortable appearing on camera and shooting content for the brand regularly

Publishing & Distribution

Ensure content is published on schedule with engaging captions and strong hooks

Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics

Qualifications

Experience in social media marketing and content creation

Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas

Familiarity with social media analytics tools

Interest in home lifestyle, design, and current trends
