Manager - Technology Campus Hiring/Talent Acquisition - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end technology campus recruitment across premier engineering institutions. The position begins as an IC role with a clear progression to people management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead hiring for core technology roles through campus programs
- Own annual campus hiring plans, execution calendars, and stakeholder alignment

- Work closely with senior technology leaders to forecast talent needs
- Drive offer conversion, candidate engagement, and hiring analytics
- Ensure governance, compliance, and process excellence across campuses.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from Tier-1 institute
- 4-7 years post-MBA experience
- At least 2 years in technology campus recruitment
- Experience with reputed organizations (non-volume focused)
- Strong stakeholder and program management capabilities.
