Job Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end lateral hiring for core technology roles.
Roles& Responsibilities:
- Own lateral hiring for core technology roles across multiple business units
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and team requirements
- Manage stakeholders across engineering and leadership teams
- Maintain hiring metrics, pipelines, and reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- Current employer should be a reputed organization in the technology ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
The role starts as an IC position and will evolve into a people management role within 6 months based on performance.
