About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to aligning our people strategy with business objectives. As an addition to our existing HR team, this role will focus on delivering tailored HR solutions, driving cultural transformation, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR strategies accordingly.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Partner with the HR team to design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, fostering strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively.

Culture Building: Work closely with leadership and the HR team to cultivate a strong, positive company culture aligned with our core values.

Performance Management: Drive performance review cycles, goal setting, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.

Learning & Development: Identify opportunities for employee growth and create tailored development plans.

Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

HR Metrics: Analyze and report key HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the consulting or technology sectors.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with organizational goals.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

Experience in leading HR initiatives, including talent management, culture building, and change management.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
