As a Senior Consultant specializing in Risk and Compliance at RiskBerg, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity. This position presents unparalleled prospects to engage with diverse global clients, foster innovation, and continuously enhance your knowledge in emerging frameworks and standards.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading risk assessments and compliance audits to identify gaps and provide actionable and innovative solutions.
- Advising clients on global standards such as GDPR, ISO 21434, NIS 2, TISAX, SOX, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001.
- Embracing and implementing new frameworks like SAMA CSF, MAS TRM, and others to demonstrate adaptability and cutting-edge knowledge.
- Collaborating with clients from various industries globally and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Crafting compelling client proposals and delivering impactful presentations to secure new opportunities.
- Engaging in international travel to support client engagements and introducing creative problem-solving approaches.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Thorough knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, ISO 21434, TISAX, SOX, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001.
- Curiosity, growth mindset, and adaptability to learn.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, or relevant audit credentials are a plus.
