Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources, based in Noida. Responsibilities include supporting HR management and operations, assisting in the implementation of HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and actively contributing to the efficient execution of human resources functions. The role involves collaboration with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, including HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding and experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies
