Sr. US IT Recruiter

We are looking for professionals with 2–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience who can independently manage sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and recruitment delivery in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

2. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.

3. Screen and qualify candidates based on technical requirements and client needs.

4. Conduct candidate outreach and outbound calling to build strong talent pipelines.

5. Understand US job requirements, geography, and time zones.

6. Work towards defined submission, interview, and closure targets.

7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

What Were Looking For:

1. 2–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.

2. Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.

3. Experience working with recruitment targets and delivery metrics.

4. Good understanding of US geography and time zones.

5. Comfortable working US shifts.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred:

1. Experience working with US job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.

2. Experience recruiting for a range of US IT skill sets.
