Senior Analyst – Insurance Process (US Shift)

We are hiring for a Senior Analyst role with a leading Insurance process.

Role Overview:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch
  
• Manage multiple client accounts & key stakeholders
  
• Conduct end-to-end policy renewal activities ensuring timely completion
  
• Handle the complete policy lifecycle (documentation, compliance, renewals)
  
• Provide benefits advisory services to clients
  
• Resolve queries efficiently to reduce rework
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
  
• Ensure adherence to
  
  US Health Insurance guidelines & compliance standards
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Voice Process
  
• Background from Insurance / Banking / Healthcare Voice
  
• Strong stakeholder & client management experience
  
• Stable CV (no frequent job changes)
  
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
  
• Willing to work in US Shifts. CTC UPTO 10LAC
  

Investment Banking – Semi Voice Process

Role: Fraud Investigation Specialist

CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational / US Shift

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve fraud-related cases
  
• Analyze transaction patterns & identify discrepancies
  
• Interact with customers via voice & email (Semi-Voice)
  
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations
  
• Maintain accuracy & meet productivity metrics
  

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
  
• Strong analytical & communication skills
  
• Experience in banking/fraud process preferred
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
