• Handle inbound & outbound international banking customer calls
  
• Assist customers with account queries, transactions, card issues, and online banking support
  
  
  
• Resolve customer complaints professionally within TAT
  
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and data security standards
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction & quality scores

TELECOM PROCESS

Work Location:

Koramangala
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA

:

• Handle international telecom customer queries via voice process
  
• Assist customers with billing issues, plan upgrades, network concerns, and service requests
  
• Upsell or cross-sell telecom services where applicable
  
• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Minimum 1 Year Experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
