Job Description
HIRING FOR TELECOM/BANKING PROCESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Shifts: UK Shift / US Shift
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience mandatory in Customer Support / BPO Voice

Customer Support (Telecom Process)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer queries related to telecom services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quality support
- Troubleshoot basic customer concerns
- Maintain logs, records & escalate queries when required
- Follow process guidelines and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / BPO voice process
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willing to work in UK/US shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
