Customer Support (Telecom Process)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer queries related to telecom services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quality support
- Troubleshoot basic customer concerns
- Maintain logs, records & escalate queries when required
- Follow process guidelines and performance metrics
