Job Description

    As a Backend Developer Intern at AriveGuru Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd, located in Bengaluru, you will embark on a 6-month full-time paid internship with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in backend development for real-world web applications. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to cutting-edge technologies, mentorship from experienced software engineers, and the chance to work in an agile development environment.
    **Position:** Backend Developer Intern
    **Location:** Bengaluru (Candidates must be based in Bengaluru)
    **Duration:** 6 Months (Full-Time)
    **Working Days:** Monday to Friday
    **Compensation:** Paid Internship
    **Certification:** Certification provided upon successful completion of the internship
    **Stipend:** Stipend ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 per month
    **Opportunity:** Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time employment opportunity
    **Eligibility Criteria for Backend Developer Intern:**
    - **Education:** Must have completed or be pursuing B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) with a minimum CGPA of 8.0+
    - **Technical Skills:**
    - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
    - Experience with Git/GitHub, HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks
    - Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms
    - **Commitment:** Available for a full-time 6-month internship in Bengaluru

    - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - **Interview Mode:** Only face-to-face interviews will be conducted
    **Technical Skills (Mandatory):**
    - Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS Services, Authentication mechanisms, Git & GitHub
    **Additional Skills (Good to Have):**
    - Understanding of Docker & CI/CD Pipelines, Experience in Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ, Basic knowledge of TypeScript
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Backend Development: Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs, design optimized database schemas, and implement data security practices
    - Cloud & Deployment: Work with AWS services, deploy applications using Docker & CI/CD pipelines
    - Collaboration & Version Control: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, use Git & GitHub for versioning
    - Testing & Debugging: Perform testing, optimize backend performance
    - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of API specifications and system architecture
