Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to utilize your technical expertise in supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and designing customized solutions. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client needs and the technical capabilities of our products and services.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the sales team to tailor software demonstrations according to client requirements, conducting product presentations, webinars, and technical workshops for prospective clients. Additionally, you will provide technical consultations to create customized solutions, demonstrate software features that address civil engineering challenges, and prepare technical proposals and quotations.
Furthermore, you will be expected to address client inquiries and technical objections effectively, support post-sales technical onboarding and training for successful implementation, and gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

To excel in this role, you should have a B.E. in Civil Engineering and have 0-1 year of relevant experience. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently will be crucial in this position.
