Manager / Sr. Engineer - QA /QC

Role & responsibilities :

anaging and leading a team for quality on-site and reviewing all aspects of contract

deliverables from the procurement stage to handover. A positive individual with a

proactive attitude you will be expected to work collaboratively with all stakeholders

and generate efficient, effective, and simple ways of working that can add value and

create an environment of flawless execution.

• Promoting best practices, sharing lessons, and continuous improvement.

• Ensuring customer quality needs are being met, contractual obligations fulfilled, and

risks effectively mitigated.

• Tracking and ensuring timely close-out of non-conformances and defects.

• Supporting and enhancing the development and promotion of a positive quality

culture across the project.

• Budget for Quality (Plan vs Actual) Including lab & calibration expenses

• Cost of Quality to be measured and monitored (Should be reducing Month onMonth)

• Define and finalize the project specific Quality Assurance Plan and review adherence

for all projects

• Define, implement & monitor the quality control process of RCC & other civil

activities at sites

• Verification of Quality and timely approval of Bought out material

• Record Control System implementation & monitoring across Sites

• Ensure internal quality system audits & quality walks are completed at regular

intervals as defined in QMS

• Quality MIS to be defined & implemented for site level
