Job Description
- The Marketing Assistant / Sales Coordinator position at Riyoadvertising in Mumbai, India is a full-time role that requires a dedicated professional with strong communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales operations and facilitating seamless communication between the sales team and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include efficiently processing new sales leads, responding to sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, conducting pre-sales follow-up, and monitoring inquiry progression. You will also be expected to generate sales reports, provide data insights to support the sales team, manage and track correspondence between the sales team and clients, monitor customer accounts, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Additionally, you will support the sales team by providing data and regular progress updates, tracking and reporting on sales targets, answering phone calls, and managing scheduling for the sales team.
To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Graduate degree in any stream, BBA, BMS, or BMM. Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and long-term relationship-building abilities are required.
