Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Property Acquisition to support our retail expansion team.
The role focuses on backend coordination, documentation, and process management for new store acquisitions across India.
What youll do:
- Manage property documentation LOIs, lease deeds, renewals & registrations.
- Coordinate with legal & finance teams for end-to-end onboarding.
- Track key milestones: agreement closures, deposits, renewals, and compliance.
- Maintain property database, ensure accuracy of records, and support audits.
- Liaise with landlords, brokers & consultants for document flow and clarifications.

- 36 years experience in real estate/property acquisition (preferably retail).
- Strong understanding of lease documentation and legal processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.
