Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to promote and sell credit cards over the phone. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining product benefits, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduate preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Attractive salary with incentives + growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales Calls

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided databases or leads.



  • Explain the benefits, features, and eligibility criteria of various credit card products.



  • Answer queries about credit card charges, rewards, offers, and terms in a clear and professional manner.



  • Follow approved sales scripts while maintaining a natural and persuasive communication style.




2. Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on the client’s financial profile and interest.



  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM or database systems.



  • Schedule follow-up calls for clients who need time to consider the product.



  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-specific leads.




3. Achieving Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.



  • Track performance metrics such as calls made, leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue generated.



  • Develop personal strategies to improve closing rates and enhance sales efficiency.



  • Stay motivated in a

    high-pressure, target-driven environment.




4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients over the phone.



  • Maintain regular communication to answer questions and provide assistance throughout the application process.



  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to encourage positive responses.



  • Ensure that prospective customers have a clear understanding of product features, fees, and benefits.




5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Update CRM and lead management systems with call logs, client feedback, and follow-up schedules.



  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, lead status, and conversion metrics.



  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve the sales process and marketing campaigns.




6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with credit card operations, verification, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth application processing.



  • Share customer feedback with the marketing team for improving product communication.



  • Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders to resolve escalations or client concerns.


Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems while on calls efficiently.
