Job Description

As a Management Trainee in our organization, you will be part of a structured training program designed to kick-start your career in Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, or Operations. This program offers hands-on learning opportunities and real growth in the following areas:
- Sales & Business Development: Engage in client interactions, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Marketing & Branding: Conduct research, support campaigns, and assist in digital marketing activities.
- HR & People Management: Participate in recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Finance & Operations: Learn about reporting, MIS, vendor coordination, and tender support.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be placed in a permanent role based on your specialization and performance.
