Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive- Finance & Accounts. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and a good working knowledge of Tally. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Record Transactions:
  • Accurately record financial transactions using Tally software.
  • Ensure timely and precise documentation of all financial activities.
  • Prepare Basic Financial Reports:
  • Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Generate necessary financial documents to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Reconcile Bank Statements:
  • Perform regular bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies on time.
  • Support Audits:
  • Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors as required.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist in various administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Adherence to Regulatory Standards:
  • Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Implement and follow accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Good working knowledge of tally
  • Record transactions accurately
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Support audits and administrative tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience can apply.
