Position: GM Accounts

We are looking for a qualified & experienced Chartered Accountant who is willing to own Accounting function and professionally lead the team of Accountants who are supporting the entire group companies’ accounting needs.

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for entire accounting operations starting from annual budgeting till final audit and closure of books for all Srinivasa group companies.
• Accountable to manage corporate taxation and statutory compliance under various applicable acts.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles to meet financial accounting objectives.
• Ensure accounting standards and compliance with the law and company’s policies.
• Bring-in industry best practices to improve accounting systems and digital transformation.
• Responsible for building and managing a team of accounting professionals.
• Responsible for cost effectiveness and IT automation covering all aspects of Finance and Accounts function.
• Responsible for cashflow management and banking operations needed for smooth conduct of business operations.

  Get Hired
• Take lead role and drive business units’ and companys financial planning, in collaboration with Business Unit heads.
• Ensure timely and adequate Financial Reporting for Directors and leadership teams.

Candidate Profile:

•  Qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven experience as Head of Accounts or relevant role.
• Experienced in leading Information technology transformation of Finance and Accounts business processes.
• Prior experience in poultry industry will be added advantage.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
