Job Description

Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives across various sectors.

Experience: 2-5 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Create and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and prior exposure to sales or customer support roles- servicing international clients.

    Familiarity with digital tools used for lead generation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Educational Qualification: MBA, Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
