Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CS - Management Trainee, located in New Delhi. The CS - Management Trainee will work closely with senior management to understand various facets of corporate services, including legal compliance, company secretarial work, and business strategy execution. Responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, attending meetings, and assisting with corporate governance tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing CS and eligible for undergoing Training of 21 months as part of Course curriculum
• Understanding of Corporate Legal Compliance and Regulatory Framework
• Proficiency in Conducting Research and Report Preparation
• Skill in Documentation and Record Keeping
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
