Job Overview
The Manager QHSS will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining frameworks and strategies that enhance quality, health, safety, and sustainability standards across RTA s operations. The position ensures compliance with ISO standards, DGEP requirements, and promotes a proactive excellence culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Sustainability frameworks and policies
- Manage disaster preparedness programs and ensure business continuity plans
- Drive the setting and monitoring of SMART business objectives and KPIs
- Conduct internal quality audits and excellence assessments across departments
- Support strategic planning through effective QA/QC documentation
- Lead organizational quality management reviews to ensure continuous improvement
- Deliver workshops and training on quality, safety, and excellence topics
- Promote cross-functional collaboration for quality and safety improvement initiatives
- Maintain and enhance knowledge-sharing platforms for best practices
- Integrate RTA s safety initiatives with external emergency response agencies
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Master s Degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, excellence auditing, or related fields
