Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Business Development Representative. The role involves identifying and generating new sales opportunities through lead generation, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Representative will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for client engagement, create proposals, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role requires effective communication to understand customer needs and promote tailored logistics solutions that align with their business objectives.
Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand the client base
  • Strong Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and present tailored solutions

    Experience and competence in Sales and Business Development to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Ability to analyze market trends and proactively develop strategies for client outreach and partnership building
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills to foster strong professional relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of logistics services is a plus
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
