RoadMap - Manager - Business Development/ERP Sales
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for generating revenue through ERP and Business Management Software sales across the Punjab region.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience in ERP / SaaS / Software solutions and the ability to engage with decision-makers across Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Dairy, Industrial Products, Packaging, and Service industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate revenue through ERP and business management software sales
- Source and manage leads through LinkedIn, Google Search, Fundoodata, direct visits, and offline networks
- Identify and connect with Management, IT, and Finance decision-makers
- Conduct effective sales meetings to understand client requirements
- Position ROADMAP as the preferred ERP solution provider
- Coordinate demos with the technical team based on client requirements
- Work with the commercial team for proposal generation
- Negotiate and close profitable business deals
- Maintain CRM records and client communication

Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Strong experience in ERP / SaaS / Software sales
- Proven B2B field sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- CRM management experience
- Ability to handle enterprise clients independently
- Experience working with manufacturing and industrial sector clients is preferred
