Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and managing Roadmaps.
- Work closely with the User Experience team, to help shape your ideas into a simple, integrated, and intuitive UI - both on Mobile and Web Apps.
- Own product delivery by working with Engineering, UX/design, and Operations teams.
- Always focused on the key metrics to make the product successful.
- Analyzing and reporting product data for effective launches.
- Making sure that all quality, usability, and reliability standards are met.
- Work with sales & marketing to create product collateral, presentations, competitive analysis, videos, and articles.
- Work experience: 6+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in a B2B/SaaS/PaaS organization).
- Ability to think from the end users perspective when solving real-world problems.
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business owners across business lines.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate consensus and prioritize between multiple, sometimes conflicting constituencies and priorities.

- Experience with usability studies and user research.
- Experience with the execution of go-to-market plans is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience of working in Agile methodology.
- Hands-on with wireframing tools (Balsamiq/Figma/moqups) or any other.
- Comfortable with analytics tools like GA, Mixpanel, hotjar, and knowledge of basic SQL.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study, MBA is a plus.
