S/4 Support - Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.

• Perform testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.

• Create documentation to support end-users in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.

S/4 Run - Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a backlog of unrealized Business Requirements (a) transitioned from deployment projects and (b) new business requirements into RUN

  

• Conduct initial assessment to determine priority, ageing, complexity, feasibility, and its impact.

• Plan and execute implementations in the form of Mini Project Execution (RUN Mode).

• Post successful implementation, ensure smooth handover to S/4 Support Organization along with further documentation requirements, if any.

• Provide clear status updates, risks & dependencies, if any, to all the stakeholders (eg: system downtime, frozen zones etc.)

• Adhere to transport and release governance from BD teams

• Obtain sign off from Key Users, document lessons learnt.

• Identify opportunities to improve RUN delivery & efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or implementation.

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Design & Build, Deploy, R3 team, etc).

Working and Contributing as a Team player in Agile Teams

Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and other SAP tools and technologies is preferred. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.

Exposure to End to end business processes & strong /proven SAP knowledge will be greatly helpful

Flexibility to work in different time zones and in shift to meet customer demands

Must be willing to travel to other Bosch entities on project assignments (when needed)
