Job Description
- Product management for Clutch Systems (Passenger car)
- Design and generate technical specification/requirement for Clutch Systems along with Bosch global team
- Competitor product benchmark study
- Expert in product validation process
- Responsible for suppliers evaluation , product and test reports
- Implement short-term & long-term marketing strategy for aftermarket Clutch business.
- Create a lean and optimum portfolio based on vehicle population and potential study.
- Plan/implement activities according to product development timeline/key milestones. PLCM management along with profitability
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) with Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Development / Product Marketing or R&D in Clutch Systems
- In depth Technical knowledge of Product (Clutch) .
- Good knowledge on various quality standards. Knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA
- Very good skills in MS Office tools
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Good team player and experience of working in CFT
- Fluent in English written and oral communication

Additional Information
- Masters degree in friction technology or MBA Marketing
- Knowledge of VDA6.3 OR IATF16949
- Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology
