Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Banner Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in Hiram, Ohio. In this role, you will support the Colleges enterprise systems, focusing on the Student, Finance, and Human Resource Information Systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments to optimize data reporting, enhance system functionality, and drive strategic improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to fostering effective working relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary support for the Banner Enterprise System, catering to the Business Office, Human Resources Office, and Student Financial Services Office.
Collaborate with end-users to identify system requirements, evaluate current operations, and develop or refine reports and processes.
Process standard data requests while analyzing data utilization and reporting across departments.
Develop and implement a long-term strategic approach to data management and reporting optimization.
Maintain expertise in Banner Systems and business intelligence tools, ensuring effective reporting and data analysis solutions.
Contribute to ongoing business improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements.
Build and sustain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Ensure reasonable accommodations are provided to individuals with disabilities as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Banner systems and relational database management, with experience in Oracle Apex or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
High level of confidentiality and discretion with attention to detail.
Access to a PC with reliable internet connectivity during non-working hours.
Familiarity with Azure SQL Database and Power BI is highly desirable.
