We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a PM/QA/BA/OCM Specialist to join our team located in LOVELAND, Colorado. As a PM/QA/BA/OCM Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating project scope, goals, and deliverables, leading quality assurance efforts, and spearheading change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with Project Sponsors and Steering Committee members
Take the lead in the Quality Assurance efforts for the project, including the drafting of testing scripts, coordinating testing activities, and providing assistance with testing as needed
Collaborate with the internal team to lead Change Management initiatives for the project
Document and gather project requirements effectively
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Adhere to strict financial and resource management practices during the project
Develop project plans and resource schedules and track project timelines/milestones using appropriate planning tools
Develop and deliver status reports and Steering Committee presentations in a timely manner
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
Assist in the projects hypercare phase and analyze insights from lessons learned.
Requirements

Proven experience in Documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping of project details
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
Strong Planning skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Expertise in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Research skills for gathering and analyzing data relevant to the project
Knowledge of Planning Processes to ensure smooth project execution
Solid background in Project Management, overseeing all aspects of project implementation
Ability to create engaging Presentations to convey project details and outcomes
Familiarity with About Time project management software
Leadership Skills to guide and motivate project team members
Experience liaising with Vendors for project resources and services
Capability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks related to the project
Negotiation skills to reach agreements with stakeholders and vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for delivering effective presentations
Understanding of best Practices in project management, quality assurance and change management
Excellent Communication Skills to interact with team members, stakeholders and vendors
Ability to work with diverse Stakeholders and align them with project objectives
Familiarity with different Methods of project management and quality assurance
Knowledge of Conductivity principles in agricultural settings
Ability to Execute tasks effectively and meet project deadlines
Collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment
Experience with SAP R/3 for project planning and execution
Expertise in Quality Assurance, ensuring the project meets specified standards
Proficiency in Change Management, managing changes to project scope or objectives
Ability to deliver Deliverable on time and within budget.
