Job Description
Robert Half are working with a leading professional services firm based in DIFC where they are looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Advisor. You will be a key member of the HR team where you will create and support strong people and culture practices to ensure a positive employee experience. You will manage recruitment for your core business areas and ensure all new hires align with the values of the organisation.
This position is responsible for strengthening overall employee culture, supporting change management at all levels throughout the organisation and supporting with generalist HR.

- 10 + years of HR Advisory experience, ideally within management consultancy or legal.

Competitive Salary, 25,000 AED to 30,000 AED plus benefits.
