Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team in Seguin, Texas. In this role, you will work on both legacy and modern frameworks, contributing to the development and migration of critical systems while ensuring high performance and reliability. Responsibilities:
Maintain and provide ongoing support for existing VB.NET and .NET Framework systems.
Lead the migration of legacy systems to .NET 8 Core frameworks with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
Develop scalable, testable, and maintainable code by utilizing advanced software design patterns.
Work across various layers of the stack, including user interfaces, backend services, databases, and DevOps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and improve user experience.
Implement responsive and mobile-first designs compatible with modern browsers.
Optimize database performance through stored procedures, indexing, and tuning.
Configure and manage Windows Server environments to support .NET applications.
Utilize Git for version control and maintain code integrity across development cycles.
Requirements
Extensive experience with VB.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, and legacy .NET platforms.
Proficiency in .NET 6-8 (Core), C#, and advanced .NET development practices.
Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks like Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Advanced expertise in SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Windows Server configuration and management for .NET applications.
Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira for task tracking and bug resolution.
