Job Description
Strategic Financial Management
The role will require experience in the following:
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic goals, policies, and procedures for financial, budget, accounting, and payroll functions.
- Supervisory expertise in the preparation of financial statements, overseeing accounting records, and managing general and subsidiary ledgers.
- Proficiency in conducting cost analyses, rate studies, and preparing reports on estimated future costs and revenues.
- Experience in directing internal audits, reviewing accounting and administrative controls, and establishing system controls for financial systems.

- Coordinating the preparation of external audit materials, managing external financial reporting, and reviewing financial statements with management personnel.
- Demonstrated skills in financial control, planning, and analysis, including developing and implementing financial plans and budgets, forecasting, and providing insights to the management team.
