About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing & Content Specialist with a deep interest and hands-on experience in crypto, blockchain, and Web3. This role requires a mix of content creation, strategic thinking, analytics, and community engagement, with the ability to operate at both execution and leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content & Thought Leadership
• Create educational articles, news updates, and analytical content on blockchain, crypto markets, AI trading, and Web3 trends.
• Translate complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging, user-friendly content.
• Contribute ideas for CEO-level narratives and long-term brand positioning.
• Social Media & Community Management
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Instagram.
• Manage crypto communities, respond to users, and drive engagement and trust.
  
• Develop social content calendars aligned with product launches and market trends.
• SEO & Website Content Optimization
• Optimize blog and website content for search visibility and organic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and improve rankings for crypto-related topics.
• Digital Marketing Analytics
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social analytics tools.
• Measure campaign ROI and continuously improve strategy based on data.
• Email Marketing & CRM
• Create and manage newsletters, user education emails, and campaign flows.
• Segment crypto audiences and improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Paid Advertising
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and crypto-friendly ad platforms.
• Plan budgets, test creatives, and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Visual & Video Content
• Design infographics, social media creatives, and short explainer videos.
• Work with basic design and video tools (Canva, short-form video editors).
• Market & Competitor Analysis
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging crypto narratives.
• Identify growth opportunities and threats in global crypto markets.
• Influencer & Partnership Marketing
• Identify, onboard, and collaborate with crypto influencers and creators.
• Manage influencer campaigns to boost brand awareness and credibility.
