Roblox is recruiting an experienced IT Audit Senior to support the evaluation of internal SOX IT controls and identify and remediate control deficiencies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into SOX IT processes, apply broad knowledge and partner with key stakeholders across Finance and Engineering. This person will be involved in evaluating controls, performing documentation, identifying and remediating deficiencies, and providing controls guidance where required. They will assist in the SOX program execution and continuous monitoring of the companys internal control environment as the need for internal control governance grows with the company. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager Internal Audit (SOX) in Gurugram, India.
Shift Time: 10:00AM - 6:30PM IST (Cabs will be provided)
You Will

• Identify, evaluate and document the test of design and test of operating effectiveness of the companys IT controls, including ITGCs, ITACs, key reports, etc.
• Collaborate with US based team on SOX internal controls testing
• Assist with SOX scoping analysis to confirm in-scope systems and tools.
• Identify and assist the Finance and Engineering teams in the implementation of IT SOX controls to adequately mitigate risks associated with new products or entities.
• Support the business in developing action plans to remediate control deficiencies.
• Monitor controls and follow-up on all outstanding audit issues and progress of corresponding corrective actions, and maintain Risk and Controls Matrices.
• Provide detailed status reports and updates on controls testing
• Implement workflows and automations for audit and monitoring purposes
  
  

You Have

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant SOX experience, with progressive experience within a U.S.-based technology company and/or Big 4 accounting firm in India
• Recognized professional certification(s): CISA or CISSP
• Strong understanding of IT auditing standards and techniques, financial and operational risks and controls, SOX and COSO framework
• Experience identifying, evaluating and documenting the design and effectiveness of internal IT controls
• Strong project management skills and able to work independently and effectively within a team environment
• Experience with scripting languages (such as Python, JavaScript, SQL), and building automations
• Have the highest level of integrity and ethics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
