Before you apply, make sure you have:

• 2+ Years working in a Quality Analyst role.
• have B Tech degree with relevant technical experience
• Knowledge of leading ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications like Salesforce SAP, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
• Understanding of common business processes and how they can accomplish through ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a schedule to perform ad hoc queries and project escalation issues.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions for fit and viability against use cases as well as evaluating the companies for viability.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly to understand our rapidly evolving product and business
• Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation go-live and beyond
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to very effectively present a compelling vision and story at an executive level.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

We at RoboMQ looking for motivated and energetic Quality Analysts to be part of the team that handles new product features, product roadmap, and market-driven API integration opportunities and capabilities to be included as part of leading Data and API Platforms provided by RoboMQ.

The Quality Analyst is responsible for analysis, requirement design, and for the eventual customer validation and market launch of product features and capabilities. The Quality Analyst will work closely with Operations, Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and articulate product requirements from the business perspective as input for the product development team
• Translate business needs, market research, and product roadmap to concrete deliverables including requirement documents, interaction diagrams, user stories, and product specifications.
• Provide input, validate product delivery and be the internal customer representative to validate the product functionality and user experience (UX)
• Manage requirement validation and product UAT in Jira
• Work closely with product team as they resolve issues providing functional guidance and help with requirement clarification
• Manage marketplace partnerships and technology partner relationships with the leading ERP system providers
• Manage the feature development and defect backlog daily to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic direction outlined by the Product team.
• Ensure the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy, and copywriting, adhere to the strategic vision.
• Attend daily Scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
• Support multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope.
• Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
• Translate product requirements into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements (ensures appropriate delivery of those requirements across the development lifecycle).
• Assist the Product team in translating the product vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the organization.
