As a Generalist Intern in the founder&aposs office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders and ensuring the smooth operation of the Founder&aposs Office.This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.

Your Role :The founder&aposs office is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include.

Key Responsibilities :

-Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

-Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the founders, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

-Problem Solving:Proactively identify and resolve issues and anticipate the needs of the founders to streamline their workflow.

-Strategy Development:The founder&aposs office is responsible for developing the company&aposs long-term strategy. This involves identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalize on it.

-Investor Relations:The founder&aposs office may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company&aposs progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company&aposs goals.

-Decision-Making:The founder&aposs office will make key decisions that impact the direction of the company, such as product development, marketing strategy, or hiring decisions.

What We&aposre Looking For:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
