The Position

Position - Zonal Manager - Corelab
Location - Mumbai


Your Opportunity


This position is based in Mumbai& will report to Regional Manager Core Lab. You will be covering assigned areas in Mumbai
You will play a critical role in driving maximum value within our Core Lab accounts taking full ownership of client retention and account development. Upon joining Roche Diagnostics India, you will adopt key stakeholder relationships with a portfolio of customers and be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring targets and satisfaction levels are met


Role Responsibilities:


Business Development

  • Responsible for meeting with the sales budget

  • Interacting with customers for enhancement of business

  • Responsible of increasing existing business through adding new parameters / price hike / ownership transfer.

  • Initiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relations

  • Collect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business development

  • Responsible to timely cater customer queries to increase business.

Distribution Management

  • Liase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer orders

  • Responsible for raising Purchase orders and Indent

  • Responsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockists

Clarify Data Management

  • Updation of Information regarding customer visits

  • Updation of Competitors information

  • Creation of new database and process documentations

  • Management of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customers

Compliance

  • Liase with customers for IPC (Instrument Placement Contract)compliance or introduction of new assays

Others

  • Organize and assist Product Mangers in conducting CMEs

Who You Are:


You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in Sales, preferably acquired in the healthcare industry. To be considered for this role, you will need Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field and to evidence your success in service delivery a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts.
With confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impact.
Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical and scientific information.
This position offers exposure to wider Roche organization at all levels and therefore you must have the qualities to make a positive, professional impact in a matrix environment and win the hearts and minds internally.
