Job Description
- As a Conversational AI Engineer (AI Chatbot Developer), you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing next-gen intelligent chatbots to enhance customer engagement. Your passion for AI/ML, natural language processing (NLP), and creating human-like conversational experiences will drive you to lead the development of end-to-end chatbot solutions on the Maven AGI platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing Conversational Flows: You will build and optimize intelligent customer support experiences.
- Integrating APIs: Connect chatbots with CRM, billing, ticketing, and other enterprise systems seamlessly.
- Engineering Prompts: Write effective LLM-driven prompts to enhance accuracy and engagement with workflow automation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor KPIs such as deflection rate, accuracy, and CSAT to refine chatbot flows.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in conversational AI/chatbot development (LLM-based preferred).
- Strong background in API development and integration, including REST and Webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with NodeJS for chatbot workflows.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and working with LLMs, including RAG pipelines and fine-tuning.
- Experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Freshdesk.
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and an independent delivery mindset.
