Job Description
- You will be joining RockWallet, a financial technology company that is driven by the vision of enabling everyone to succeed in the digital economy. As a Fund Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, reconciling transactions, analyzing cash flows, facilitating settlements, managing treasury activities, preparing reports, and assisting in policy development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and reconciling daily and month-end transactions for the assigned portfolio.
- Conducting analysis to identify errors in investments and trade data, and making necessary corrections.
- Analyzing daily cash flow activities for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinating settlement processes for client proceeds on the OTC desk.
- Recording, maintaining, and rebalancing Treasury through transfers across exchanges and wallets.
- Preparing schedules for management reports and generating ad hoc reports as needed.

- Assisting in creating and updating policies and procedures for operational efficiency and compliance.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with large datasets under tight deadlines are also required. Prior experience in fund accounting and fintech/crypto is preferred.
