Job Summary:

Rockwoods is seeking an experienced Automation Performance Tester to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India (Onsite) to work with our client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing performance and automation test strategies across web and mobile platforms. You will leverage your expertise in JMeter, Placemeter, Selenium, and AI-based testing tools to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with functional and performance testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing performance, identifying bottlenecks, and driving quality improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute
  
  performance and load tests using JMeter and Placemeter.
• Implement automation test scripts using Selenium and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct functional, regression, and mobile testing to ensure optimal user experience.
• Utilize AI-based testing tools (AI redit) to enhance test accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze performance test results, identify system bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define performance benchmarks and KPIs.
• Prepare detailed test reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
• Continuously improve test frameworks and automation strategies to support evolving technologies.

• Strong expertise in JMeter and Placemeter for performance and load testing.
• Proven experience with Selenium for automation testing across web applications.
• Good understanding of mobile testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-based testing tools (AI redit or similar) for intelligent automation.
• Solid understanding of functional testing, defect tracking, and QA best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integration.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
