Position: Performance Marketer & Digital Marketing Senior Executive

Location: Remote

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with a strong focus on Google and Facebook advertising to drive high ROI lead generation and brand awareness in healthcare. The candidate will also manage a digital marketing team and oversee multiple content and social media channels majorly for doctors and healthcare brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate leads with a minimum 3x ROI and improve brand awareness.
• Manage Facebook Ads for awareness and lead generation campaigns aligned with healthcare industry best practices.
• Oversee Google My Business (GMB) profile updates and optimisation for local search visibility.
• Manage YouTube channels for doctors, including content strategy for videos and optimisation.
• Create LinkedIn content for doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Handle social media posting schedules across platforms.
• Coordinate with video editors and designers to ensure content is on-trend and high-quality.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and quality standards.
• Analyse ad performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and patient privacy.
