Regional Trainer (Fintech)

Role Overview

The Regional Trainer Bengali will be responsible for training, upskilling, and onboarding field teams, channel partners, and business correspondents across the eastern region. The role focuses on Fintech products, digital payments, insurance, banking services, and regulatory compliance, with training delivery primarily in Bengali.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver product, process, and compliance training in Bengali for field sales teams, channel partners, and distributors.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new partners on Fintech offerings such as AEPS, Micro-ATM, Money Transfer, BBPS, Insurance, and Digital Lending.
• 
  Translate and localize training content into Bengali for better understanding and adoption.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions across assigned regions.
• Support business teams with refresher training, new product launches, and process updates.
• Coordinate with central L&D and business teams for training calendars and rollout plans.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, and feedback reports.

Required Candidate profile

• Fluency in Bengali (mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
